Day 1 – New Delhi

In the morning between 9:00 and 11:00 am (pickup from your hotel or Delhi airport), our representative along with the driver will take you on the Delhi Agra Jaipur package tour.

Firstly, we will take you to the Red Fort located in Old Delhi. The fort is divided into several buildings that have now been converted into a museum showcasing valuable artifacts from the Mughal dynasty. The Red Fort is closed every Monday; if you’re on this tour on a Monday, we’ll take you to Humayun’s Tomb instead.

After that, we’ll proceed to Humayun’s Tomb, a 15th-century building that is a perfect example of splendid architecture from that era (visit to Humayun’s Tomb only on Mondays). Then, we’ll head to India Gate, a 42-meter high arch built in memory of soldiers whose names are inscribed on its walls.

Next, we’ll drive past the Parliament House and the President’s House (Rashtrapati Bhavan). Later, we’ll take you to the Lotus Temple, attractively designed in the shape of a half-open lotus flower (closed on Mondays; if you’re on this tour on a Monday, you’ll visit the exterior only).

After the Lotus Temple, our guide will take you to a famous Indian restaurant for lunch (at your own expense). Following lunch, we’ll proceed to Qutub Minar, the world’s tallest brick minaret from the 11th century. Afterward, our driver will take you back to the hotel.

Day 2, New Delhi – Agra

The next morning after checking out from your hotel, our driver will pick you up around 7:00 am from your Delhi hotel and drive you to Agra, a journey of approximately 4-5 hours, to continue your Golden Triangle tour of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. Upon reaching Agra, you’ll check into the hotel. After freshening up, our expert guide will join you for your Agra tour and take you to the world-famous Taj Mahal.

The Taj Mahal, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, is globally acclaimed for its fascinating architecture, incredible carvings, and picturesque view.

After the Taj Mahal, we’ll take you to one of Agra’s best restaurants for a delicious lunch (at your own expense). Following lunch, our next stop is Agra Fort, also known as the treasury of the Mughals. The fort houses many buildings including Diwan-i-Am, Nagina Masjid, Diwan-i-Khas, and more. After that, the guide will take you to visit a marble factory and some famous shops. Later, you’ll be taken back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 – Agra – Fatehpur Sikri- Jaipur

The next morning after breakfast and checking out from the hotel, our driver will take you to visit Fatehpur Sikri, famous for the tomb of saint Sheikh Salim Chisti. This place was built by Akbar as the residence of the Mughals, but due to some water issues, it didn’t work out as planned. After completing your visit, you’ll continue your journey to Jaipur, enjoying a tasty Rajasthani lunch at a restaurant en route (at your own expense).

Upon reaching Jaipur, you’ll check into the hotel. After resting and refreshing, our driver will take you to visit Birla Temple and then drop you back at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 – Jaipur – Delhi

In the morning after breakfast and checking out from the hotel, our driver along with the expert guide will take you to Amber Fort, a perfect example of Rajput and Muslim architecture. You can also enjoy an elephant ride here at Amber Fort.

After that, you’ll be driven to Jal Mahal, located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. The panoramic view of the palace makes it the most romantic spot in Jaipur. Here, you can enjoy camel rides. Subsequently, our next stop is Hawa Mahal, the most iconic place in Jaipur. This five-story palace has around 953 windows.

After that, we’ll take you to our final destination of the 4-day Golden Triangle tour, i.e., City Palace. This magnificent palace houses a rich collection of weapons, attire, artifacts, and jewelry from that era.

Finally, your Golden Triangle tour to Agra and Jaipur from Delhi concludes with your return to the hotel or Delhi airport around 7:00 in the evening.

Note:

If you’re on this tour on a Monday, the visit to Red Fort will not be part of the tour because it’s closed on those days. The Lotus Temple is also closed on Mondays, but we’ll arrange an exterior visit to the Lotus Temple in case you’re on this tour on a Monday. The order of monuments may vary depending on your hotel’s location.
