Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by our representative and escorted to the hotel in a private air-conditioned transfer. Rest or explore the surroundings as you wish for the next day. Check-in at the hotel, accommodation.

Day 2: Delhi

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel and depart at 09:00 AM for a city tour in your air-conditioned coach. The expert guide accompanying you will narrate the history behind the majestic monuments. Discover Mughal architecture at the Red Fort (exterior view), Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid Mosque, Humayun’s Tomb, Chandni Chowk, India Gate, Lotus Temple (closed on Mondays). You’ll observe predominant features of Mughal architecture such as fine lattice work, motifs, mausoleum surrounded by Mughal gardens, common use of marble and sandstone, domes, Arabic calligraphy on walls, and much more. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Delhi – Agra

Road Transfer [200 km / approx. 4 hours]

Wake up to a complimentary breakfast at the hotel and hop into the car to head towards Agra. Check-in at the hotel, relax, and head out to explore Agra. Agra is famous for housing one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the ‘Taj Mahal’. Upon entering through the grand gate, an extensive Mughal garden with fountains leads you to the marvel. Admire the stunning designs and intricate work on walls and ceilings. Proceed to the next attraction, the ‘Agra Fort’, situated 2.5 km from the Taj Mahal. The UNESCO World Heritage site will awe you with its red color beauty. The afternoon will be free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Agra – Jaipur

Road Transfer [250 km / 5 hours]

After breakfast, sit back and relax on the journey to Jaipur in an air-conditioned chauffeur-driven car. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, once served as the capital of the Mughals. Marvel at the enchanting creation reflecting Indo-Islamic architecture. Upon completing the visit, continue the journey to Jaipur. Check-in at the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Jaipur

After breakfast, you’ll be taken to visit the Amber Fort, located 11 km from the city. Amer Fort is a beautiful palace built by Raja Man Singh and displays a blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Enjoy an elephant ride to the main entrance of Amber Fort.

In the afternoon, start the city tour of Jaipur. First stop at Hawa Mahal, one of the most famous tourist destinations built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. The building is crown-shaped and is 5 stories high. Then, visit the City Palace, built by Sawai Jai Singh in a mix of Rajput, Mughal, and European architectural styles. Later, visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6: Jaipur – Udaipur

Flight [1 hour]

You’ll be transferred to the airport in the morning after breakfast. Board the flight to the next destination, Udaipur. Subsequently, the driver will drop you at the hotel in Udaipur for your cozy stay. Relax for a while and then we’ll head out for sightseeing. Ascend to the ‘Monsoon Palace’ [also known as Sajjan Garh Palace] situated atop a hill at a height of 945 meters overlooking Fateh Sagar Lake. Absorb the moment amidst flowing winds while admiring the spectacular sunset view. Spend the evening strolling around nearby places or as per your liking. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Udaipur

After breakfast at the hotel, set out for local sightseeing in an air-conditioned car with driver. Attractions not to be missed are: Jagdish Temple, Saheliyo-ki-Bari, and the City Palace and Museum. The Jagdish Temple is a short walk from the City Palace with a magnificent complex of incised designs. The beautifully embellished ‘Saheliyo-ki-Bari’ narrates the story of its past, how it was built as a gift for the princess as dowry along with her 48 female attendants. ‘The City Palace’ is a huge palace complex built under the reigns of the Mewar dynasty. You’ll be amazed by its love for art with vibrant murals on all walls and ceilings. Enjoy the sunset view from a boat ride on Lake Pichola, boasting the grand City Palace on its shores. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Udaipur – Mumbai

Flight [1½ hours]

After breakfast, you’ll be safely transferred to the airport to board the flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival in Mumbai, our representative will receive you and direct you to the hotel in an air-conditioned car. Relax in a quiet afternoon at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Mumbai

Try the local snack Vada Pav for breakfast at the hotel as per your choice and then get ready to explore the City of Bollywood: Mumbai. These past gems make your visit worthwhile: Elephanta Caves [closed on Mondays] [round-trip ferry], Gateway of India, Prince of Wales Museum, Marine Drive, Victoria Terminus, Malabar Hills, Mani Bhawan, and Dhobi Ghat. The major highlights are the Elephanta Caves and Gateway of India.

The Elephanta Caves are situated on an island off the coast and are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Various figures of gods and goddesses are carved on large rocks, drawing strong attention. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Mumbai

Enjoy the delicious breakfast and hop into the chauffeur-driven air-conditioned car. You’ll be taken to Mumbai airport to continue your journey. The Golden Triangle tour package with Udaipur and Mumbai from Delhi concludes here.
